Our teams handle international matters on a daily basis and advise multinational companies present outside France in particular in connection with the organization of their subsidiaries or their acquisition strategies in France, as well as French companies, as they grow both in France and internationally.
We stay on top of legal developments at the European Union level by actively coordinating with a network of correspondent lawyers in many countries of the world that have a proven track record and with which we enjoy a special relationship.

Our team - our offices
Kahn & Associés is a growing firm of fifty professionals. Kahn & Associés is perfectly capable of meeting the needs of our clients in all areas of business law, both in French and in English, but also in other working languages.
Kahn & Associés is located in its own building, 50 meters from the place de l'Etoile and the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, ensuring both accessibility and adaptability of our offices to our practice. A branch office is located in the south of France, in the high-tech office park in Sophia-Antipolis to assist companies in this well-known high-tech location.
