Sabine Lipovetsky joined the firm in 2000 and heads the TIPCM department (Technologies/ Intellectual Property/ Commercial/ Media) jointly with Fabrice Perbost since 2007.
Sabine Lipovetsky provides advice and assistance to our clients in all types of contracts in private and public law (integration, license, services, outsourcing, clinical tests, distribution, etc.). She also assists clients in various areas such as media, telecom, life science, intellectual property (trademark, domain names, patent, design, copyright), unfair competition, electronic commerce, Internet law, privacy and data protection, commercial practice (advertising, on-line gaming, etc.), as well as service contracts preparation and negotiation.
She has published several articles on these subjects and contributed to the “Dictionnaire du web” (web dictionary) published in the Dalloz edition in September 2001.
Sabine lectures at Paris X, Nanterre University, in the “Master 2 Droit des Nouvelles Technologies et Société de l’Information”. She has also lectured at Paris XII, Val de Marne University, in the “DESS Droit de la Propriété Intellectuelle Appliquée”.
She holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law (University College Dublin), a Post-graduate specialized diploma in Industrial Property Law (Paris II, Panthéon-Assas University) and a Master’s degree in Business Law.
She is a member of the French associations APRAM (“Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles”) and F.N.T.C. (“Fédération Nationale des Tiers de Confiance”), of the INTA (International Trademark Association) and of the ITechLaw Association. Sabine is a member of the Paris bar.
