Photo Fabrice PerbostFabrice Perbost joined the firm in 1998 after several years in Paris law firms. Since 2002, Fabrice is partner, in charge of the firm's TIPCM Department (Technologies/ Intellectual Property/ Commercial/ Media), jointly with Sabine Lipovetsky.

Fabrice and the team he heads give advice and assistance to the firm’s clients in all types of contracts in private and public law (integration, license, transfer, services, outsourcing, clinical tests, distribution, etc.). They also assist clients in various areas such as media and telecom, intellectual property (trademark, domain names, patent, design, copyright), unfair competition, passing off, electronic commerce, Internet law, privacy and data protection, commercial practice (advertising, on-line gaming, etc.), as well as hardware, software and service contracts preparation and negotiation.

Fabrice also published numerous articles in these fields and lectures at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, as well as at Paris X-Nanterre University.

He is a member and co-representative for France of the International Technology Law Association. He is also member of the F.N.T.C. (“Fédération Nationale des Tiers de Confiance”) about electronic archiving, a member of APRAM (“Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles”), of the INTA (International Trademark Association) and of Biolegis network.

He is a member of the Paris bar since 1995.

Fabrice Perbost holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and a Post-graduate specialized diploma in Business Law and Industrial-Property Law (Paris II, Panthéon-Assas University).
