A majority of our clients are multinational companies and their French subsidiaries. Many of these are based in North America, but a significant number are from elsewhere in Europe and Israel.

The firm was created with the specific goal of serving high-technology businesses in a manner that can support a rapidly growing sector, and since 1988 we have maintained that focus.

Our clients include computer hardware manufacturers, software publishers and distributors, makers of networking equipment and peripherals, and other providers of computer-related goods and services. In recent years, the firm's practice has grown to include multimedia and interactive media publishers; software and website developers; telecommunication companies as well as Internet-software publishers, portals, Internet access and content providers, and application service providers. We have been at the forefront of all legal aspects of electronic commerce, and we represent a fast-growing number of young companies that are building business-to-business and other solutions via the Internet and wireless applications. In addition, we represent a significant number of high-tech clients in other fields such as the medical products and instruments industry and satellite communications.

At the same time, the firm continues to attract clients in more traditional fields (including for e-commerce developments). Among these clients, we represent hotel chains, advertising agencies, management consultants, security and guarding companies, equipment manufacturers, publishers and pharmaceutical companies.
